Note: BCG Attorney Search Review I had a queer problem as an attorney. It was not natural to me to market myself and convey my credibility to any firm. My resume was prepared by a friend. I knew I was exceptionally good but was unable to convey the same to the potential employer through my resume or even an interview. I had a long stint as a mid-level associate, and now I wanted to venture out to something bigger. That’s how I learned about Harrison Barnes and his recruiting business by the name of BCG Attorney Search which places only best attorneys at top law firms. I was apprehensive at first, doubting whether I fitted the bill or not, but shrugged off the feeling, in my heart, as I really wanted to strike gold in my career. I passed out with good marks but there was no avenue open, as the market is grim and Dad is forcing me to join his company and assist him. Note: Law Student loans are always like swords hanging on one’s head till they are paid in full. My condition was as deplorable as it could be. Had it not been for Harrison Barnes and LawCrossing, I would have not seen the light of the day today. I got enrolled as a law student for Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and my father took a loan of about $100,000 to cover my overall expenses. I had resolved to pay off the entire debt within a year or two, as I was to get graduated from one of the best 50 law schools in the US. I had expected to land up with a good package of more than $100k after I complete my graduation as I was good in my studies. But this year, when I passed out of college, I wasn’t ready for the rude shock that was in store for me. I passed out in flying colors with a GPA of 3.15, but the recession had hit the firms hard enough to make most of them apprehensive of further hiring.
