Aequus 1: Polynap MP3 Soundtrack
Note:
For those wondering how I manage to regulate the duration of my naps, and manage to sleep so soundly at work, here’s the answer
I created an mp3 for myself that I consider invaluable.
I use it with earphones and my cellphone. It simply helps remove distractions, keep a regular nap period and helps to ensure you don’t oversleep. It’s not foolproof, but it works just fine for me.
It consists of white, blue and brown noise followed by light chicken ‘clucking’ and soft rooster crowing. The rooster crowing repeats, getting louder each time. If you sleep through that then it resorts to nastier things like ATB, bugles, irish bagpipes, computer tones, explosions, fingers on a chalkboard and a voice telling you to wake up.
These tracks works particularly well for me on a mp3 player.
Of course if you simply pull off the headphones or turn it off to go back to sleep, there’s little I can do to stop you.
If you have problems with motivation to get up, one suggestion is to have a hot drink in a flask waiting for you to sit up and sip it.
Another is to sleep with the light on, and with a sleep mask. The sudden bright light seems to change my priorities

Your Body Is Your Barbell - Men's Health
Note:
Surely you've run nonstop for 15 minutes before. But have you ever performed 15 minutes of resistance exercise without rest? Try it with these challenging moves from trainer Craig Ballantyne, C.S.C.S. "You'll be surprised how hard you can work without a gym," he says. Alternate between the Y squat and the Spider-Man pushup for three sets of each. Then perform the remaining three exercises consecutively (again, without rest), doing three sets of each.

Great Popping Pecs - Men's Health
Note:
What can I do besides bench presses to make my chest bigger?
Surprise your muscles.
"The key to adding mass to any large muscle group, such as the chest, is varying the type of stress you put on it," says Michael Y. Seril, N.S.C.A.-C.P.T., owner of Michael Seril Fitness, a personal-training company in Orange County, California. "Try combining these two movements into one exercise," he says. It's sort of a "press-fly." The bonus: You'll save time, because you'll be doing more work with less rest between exercises.

Plasma Pong
Note:
PLASMA PONG is a variation of PONG that utilizes real-time fluid dynamics to drive the game environment.
Players have several new abilities that add fun twists to the classic game. In the game you can inject plasma fluid into the environment, create a vacuum from your paddle, and blast shockwaves into the playing area. All these abilities have fluid-based kinetic effects on the ball, making Plasma Pong a fast-paced and exciting game.

Chisel Your Back - Men's Health
Note:
Use our pullup program to get a V-shaped body
The V has a grand lineage. For the Romans, it was a letter and a number, chiseled into marble for millennia. The V is flashed for victory and for peace. V8 juice is good for our bodies, V-8 engines are good for our souls. (Let's ignore V-2 rockets and VH-1.)
But back to that chisel. A V-shaped upper body conveys power in the boardroom as well as on the beach. You get that V by developing the latissimus dorsi, the largest muscle in your back. Pullups can deliver you to V-ness. They require strength, flexibility, and balance; they recruit muscles from your back, shoulders, arms, and core. Whether you call them pullups or chinups, they work.
Last year, I began training Mike, a man in his mid-40s who had never been able to do a pullup, and Zach, a 23-year-old who could easily do 15 repetitions but was dissatisfied with his back size. Each client used the following program, and each achieved his goal.
